My graduate studies have focused on numerical methods, particularly optimal transport, differential equations, and the techniques used to approximate their solutions. I reinforced this background with courses in image processing and nonlinear optimization. I also studied combinatorics, analysis, abstract algebra, and probability.
My undergraduate studies ranged widely. In addition to my mathematics classes, I did extensive coursework in symbolic logic and the history and philosophy of science. I rounded these out with a bit of physics, computer science, electrical engineering, and chemistry.
